Meet The Owners
All Outdoors is proudly owned and operated by Jason and Ashley Haynes, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in Greenville, SC. Their combined leadership, industry experience, and passion for people are the driving force behind the company’s growth and values.
Jason Haynes
Co-Owner & Operations Development
As co-owner, Jason supports the growth and development of all divisions across the company. While he no longer leads the hardscape team directly, he brings valuable insight from years of hands-on experience in landscape and hardscape construction. Born and raised in Greenville, Jason holds multiple industry certifications, including ICPI and Hunter Irrigation. He founded the company in 2010, driven by a lifelong passion for outdoor design and construction.
Fun Fact: Loves ribs, Clemson football, and Tsunami restaurant.

Ashley Haynes
Co-Owner & Executive Director
Ashley handles internal operations, team development, and strategic growth. Since joining full-time in 2017, she has helped shape the company’s mission-driven culture while also leading educational efforts within the industry. She’s passionate about empowering others, improving systems, and helping All Outdoors stand out as a leader in the Green Industry.
